I do not remember how long ago I started listening to podcasts, I know I've tried several programs that allowed me to organize and listen to different audio streams proventienti from the network, and even download and listen later via mp3. Some sites however do not make available mp3 files, but the sound is audible only through streaming Real Player: here the difficulty would be to download the relevant file and convert it to mp3. It's no worries because you can get a worthy result with free programs, as explained in this post

Always in the car, to make sense of wasting time to go to work, while dusting the furniture, because there's nothing more boring than a clean background with no words or music, and all those moments when the mind is too busy to think about anything else.
