This morning, once awake, I had no desire to compete and encouragement to go to Cairo Montenotte. In fact, I do not even want to go out with the bike, so I'll be at home following the world of Varese and the Grand Prix of Singapore.
Unless some disruption, I think the mountain bike racing season is over for this year remains to be seen whether there will be some cyclocross.

'Tis some days that wants to ride the bike seems to climb on a swing. Tuesday, for example, the road bike, I rode pretty well, making the ascent of LIGO, and the return of the case. I felt good, I pushed and struggled with the right and above all pleasure. Yesterday and today, unfortunately, that will, absent. No predisposition to suffer and grit my teeth. Perhaps at this time of year, although I have not raced much, my head launches signs of fatigue. The body no, otherwise I would have already stopped.
Tomorrow, however, I have an appointment with his friend Chris for a bike ride a couple of hours. I'll try to make myself available to you to turn off a little rust from his past with fat wheels.

good feeling
today, using the day off from work, I have done a good job with the bike. Approximately 3 hours of training, with some variations of pace, a little over 1000m in altitude.
I felt good, my legs have reacted moderately and the fall on Tuesday has left no mark. Good training in view of the start of the Tour of Savona, as long as the weather hold up.

Increasing the pace both uphill and downhill, we take some extra risk, with the consequence of any fall. Nothing serious, however, only a harmless slip into a sharp curve and gravel, just after a quick stretch. A few bruises, a little powder, and what more I would, no consequence for the bike.

I got lost in the Savona hills, the people that I asked about were probably under the influence of drugs, because I was useless addressed in countries up to, listen, listen, in Roussillon, from which they fell and then I reached Masone. I took the highway, I went to Varanasi, I Redwing headed (still no signs) and once again lost credutomi, I saw a sign that I sent to 6h. 7km of dirt road (with my A-Class is ideal) and finally arrived: I left at 10.16 and I was 5 laps down from the first only. I said, until the entire jump. I have recovered three laps, but at 13.30 I was broke and I stopped. Returning to the car, I left the lights on. Low Battery! I'm back from the organization, I tried the cables, once found I went to the car. Linked to all, equally, so, to push, I turned down, hoping to start it. The only problem was that the dirt had the classic water drains, for I was unable to pick up speed (no more power steering and brake assist, parking brake only). After 4-5 km I did and I came back home as quickly as possible to forget this Sunday.
