I'm back to update my blog after a period of adjustment, mainly due to job change. Archived experience in the restaurant, I returned to a job that allows me to better manage your free time, especially in the evening allows me to have at your disposal: the assumption Standa Alassio 6,30-11-30 with time unless extraordinary.
Thanks to the possibility of having free evenings, this year I can participate in the circuit races in mountain bike night. This is a series of races in the historic centers, so a kind of race sui generis with staircases, steps walk etc etc, a cross between mountain biking and cyclocross. There you can participate as a team, as an individual, a category in which I show its skills.

Unfortunately, when I was in 12th position, for a trivial incident, in which I broke my saddle Tune Speedneedle (sigh!), I had to quit the race.
The course was really hard, with an initial series of climbs around 5km long, with stretches where the slope reached at 21/22% detected by my Garmin 305.
